Our Pharmacy CareXchange Participating Providers determine the price of the test. You can check prices by location.

We provide the COVID-19 Rapid-Result Antigen Test which detects active virus to indicate if you have an ACTIVE infection, and the COVID-19 Rapid-Result Antibody Test which detects PAST fully-recovered infection. Check with your Pharmacy CareXchange provider directly to see if other tests are available.

We currently offer test appointments for patients five (5) years and older

The manufacturer of the test we use lists the positive percent agreement (PPA) of the test as 84%, and the negative percent (NPA) agreement as 100%.

If for any reason you are not able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please contact the CareXchange Participating Pharmacy you selected when purchasing your test to schedule a new appointment time. Most locations offer drive-up service; however, the wait may be longer without an appointment.

You will receive the results same-day as your sample collection by logging into the account created at the time of scheduling the appointment. An e-mail will be sent to notify you when the results are available. A pdf copy can be saved and printed from the WeCare2Care portal.

We only gather data necessary to successfully complete the test and provide you with the results. This includes name, address, age, and payment information.

Please consult your selected Pharmacy CareXchange Provider where you scheduled your visit for additional answers to your questions.

Guidelines and requirements for travel change frequently and are always evolving. Check the COVID-19 Travel Guidelines for the destination you will be traveling to BEFORE your trip and booking a testing appointment to determine if a certain type of test is required.

Yes. All of our COVID-19 tests are designated with FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) authority allows FDA to help strengthen the nation’s public health protections against threats by facilitating the availability and use of Medical Countermeasures (MCMs) needed during public health emergencies. Valid COVID-19 tests are required to have either FDA approval, or at least FDA EUA classifications to be used.

Due to the limited availability of the COVID-19 Rapid Results test appointments, your purchase is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

No. When you schedule and pay for your appointment, the cost of the test kit is included in the price your pharmacy charges. When you show up for your appointment the test kit and the actual test are under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist at an appropriately Certified CLIA waived facility. This ensures the safety, security, and reliability of the testing process.
